Money Ain’t the Problem. Misunderstanding Is.
Most of us were never taught how to manage money—we were taught how to spend it, how to chase it, or how to survive without it.
That’s why I want to start this Kingdom Financial Literacy journey with a simple truth:
Money isn’t just cash. And cash isn’t the same as income. Income is good… but profit is better.
Here’s what I’ve learned: If you want to build wealth, you need more than budgeting apps and side hustles. You need a Kingdom mindset—because true financial breakthrough starts with understanding yourself.
Self-awareness leads to stewardship. Your current financial situation reflects more than your paycheck. It reflects how well you understand and manage your resources—spiritually, emotionally, and practically.
Think about this: We’re quick to say we’re “bad with money”… But the truth is, most of us were never taught what money actually is in the first place.
Money is a tool. It’s not your source. It’s not your identity. And it’s not your security.
Stop the cycle: If you’re spending money faster than you make it, chances are: - You’re filling a void, not building a future. - You’re living off of hope, not vision. - You’re using money to solve problems only God can fix.
And here’s where it gets real: “The blessing can’t come if the vessel isn’t prepared.” You wouldn’t pour oil into a cracked jar. God won’t pour increase into a life with no structure.
Kingdom Key: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” — Matthew 6:33 (KJV)
That’s not just a scripture — it’s a financial blueprint.
When you seek to know God and align with your Kingdom assignment, provision begins to follow purpose.
You stop chasing money. And money starts finding you — because you’ve been positioned to handle it.
Let This Be Your First Lesson: This might not be a coincidence. Maybe you’re reading this because God is tapping you on the shoulder. Not to shame you for your financial struggles… But to prepare you for stewardship. To show you that everything you need… is already inside you.
Closing Charge: You don’t need more hustle. You need clarity. You need discipline. You need Kingdom alignment.
This is the beginning of your financial discipleship journey.
And as your brother in Christ, I just want to see you win — for real.
Stay rooted. Stay ready.
